Zamboanga on a Monday/ Scapegoat to The Pork Barrel?
Actions for the Desperate Quest of the Establishment of the Bangsa Moro Republic in Mindanao that was started in Deception and Ends Up in Tragedy.

Amidst the clashes between MNLF fighters and the Government troops resulting to the death of 4 civilians, 1 Navy and 1 PNP, wounding (PNP - 3, AFP - 7, Civilians - 4)20 from Talon-Talon Mosque and 10 from CAMACOP in Sta. Barbara with undetermined number of hostages at SDK Bldg., Fernandez Store, and Lustre from Sta. Catalina; all begun in a deliberate deceptionary tactics of Prof. Nur Misuari. He is so desperate to come up with a plan to awaken the silent MNLF members and enliven their cause through the introduction of a STAND-OUT COMEDIAN from Ilo-Ilo by the name of Dr. DANIEL XAVIER Y CRUZ. Any MNLF Commander can verify this certain Dr. Daniel Xavier Y Cruz, oftentimes called Daniel, Xavier/Haber, Dr. Dan allegedly meet with Prof. Nur Misuari, somewhere in Jolo, Sulu on the 19th day of August, 2013 and then introduced himself as an American Citizen, a UN Representative and a CIA Operative to most if not all MNLF Camps in the ARMM Regions.
In their visits to the MNLF Camps, he showed Satellite Phones, Gadgets, and even gave a promise to supply guns and ammo and most importantly help fund the cause of MNLF. On certain meeting, Dr. Daniels gave short firearms and showed the pictures of guns and ammo that he will supposedly supply to MNLF. Additionally, MNLF allegedly talked through Dr. Dan’s Satellite Phone, with the US Secretary of Defense, US Ambassador, the OIC and the UN Secretary General, Ban Ki Moon. On the other hand, Prof. Nur Misauri allegedly promised the natural resources of Mindanao and good economic relations as a payment for the help from the UN and USA. Dr. Daniel Xavier and Prof. Nur Misuari have come up with the agreement and closed their deal along with other MNLF Commanders.
The understatement is a text sent by the stand-out comedian who misrepresented as an American Citizen, works as a UN Representative and an undercover CIA Operative and introduced himself as Dr. DANIEL XAVIER Y CRUZ and I quote:
“To whom it may concern: I am sending this message to convey my sincerest apology for
all the troubles that I caused by my pretention as a United Nation’s representative to acknowledge the malicious affairs of Prof. Nur Misuari in his declaration of Political Independence of the MNLF to establish the Bangsa Moro Republic in Mindanao. I am not connected to the UN and was just paid by Prof. Nur to play a role as United Nation Representative in exchange for money. I now realized what I did that caused so much confusion, division, anxiety not only to Muslim Mindanao but to the whole nation as well. I was made believed that the MNLF will just make a simple gathering to express their sentiment about the Bangsa Moro Framework Agreement. Am being just a freelance and a stand-out comedian from Ilo-Ilo.”
The alleged Dr. Dan Xavier y Cruz have two standing Warrant of Arrest, to wit:
1. Criminal Case No. 13-37892. For Violation of PD 1866 as Amended by RA 8294 (Illegal Possession of Fire Arms and Ammo) dated June 25, 2012. Issued by Hon. Eduardo S Sayson, Presiding Judge, Bacolod City, and;
2. Criminal Case No. 13-378960. For Estafa under Art. 315 of the Revised Penal Code
Currently, a police blotter and complaint was filed in Jolo, Sulu for Misrepresentation and Instigating Public Disturbance resulting to mass homicide and uprising.
What is unfortunate for this exodus of hostages is that there are identified Kidnapped For Ransom Group that infiltrated in the MNLF Groups who will take hostages as kidnap victims and sell it to the ASG for a bigger ransom. What is disheartening is the fact that oftentimes the ASG will result to beheadings some hostages in order to lower the number of mouth to be feed. I still believe that there are still “Real Muslims” among the ranks of MNLF and hopefully released all the hostages especially the volunteer doctor of Sanitarium in Jolo, Sulu.
