SALIGANG BATAS NG PARTIDO KOMUNISTA NG PILIPINAS

PREAMBULO

Ang pagsasanib ng unibersal na katotohanan ng Marxismo-Leninismo-Kaisipang Mao Tsetung sa kongkretong praktika ng rebolusyong Pilipino ang kataas-taasang tungkulin ng Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas.

Ang Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas ay isang rebolusyonaryong partidong proletaryo na humahango ng aral mula sa lahat ng nakaraang rebolusyonaryong pakikibaka ng sambayanang Pilipino at mula sa mga dakilang aral nina Marx, Engels, Stalin at Mao Tsetung. Umaagapay ito sa pagsulong ng teorya at praktika sa pandaigdigang rebolusyong proletaryo na pinapatnubayan ng Marxismo-Leninismo-Kaisipang Mao Tsetung.

Ang Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas ay matatag na sumasalungat sa makabagong rebisyonismo at sa lahat ng tunguhin ng subhetibismo, oportunismong Kanan o "Kaliwa", liberalismo at sektarismo na siyang dapat maging target ng walang humpay na pagwawasto at rebolusyonaryong pagmamatyag.

COVENANT OF PEACE
We, government leaders, civil society, Muslim and Christian religious leaders, Maranao and indigenous peoples’ traditional leaders and multi-sectoral representatives from the provinces of Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte and the cities of Iligan and Marawi, believing in one God and one nation, do hereby declare that:
We uphold, promote and adhere the fundamental rights of peoples as enshrined in the Universal Declaration on Human Rights, United Declaration for the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), and International Humanitarian Laws duly affirmed by the Philippine Constitution of 1987, Local Government Code and other related national laws;

BRAVO: “NO MORAL LEADERSHIP”
Commander Bravo has been challenging the capacity of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in launching Military Operations in the Lanao Provinces. He made a statement to defend his camp at all cost and pronounced that he would fight up to the last man.
Despite all his previous statements of being tactically superior, he gave up his defensive position and left his men falling in the frontlines. This only shows that all his pronouncements are purely propaganda. Military troops seized Bravo’s Headquarters and are now presently physically occupying his base command – the 102nd MILF Base Command discrediting his capability to withstand continuous military operations and his statement of being tactically superior against military troops.
