Scientists from Columbia University found that the ozone hole has created more rainfall in the Southern equator and changes in tropical circulation there. Previous scientific work had found that the ozone hole changes high-latitude atmospheric flow. Sarah Kang, lead author, indicated that the discovery was significant finding in understanding climate change. "It's really amazing that the ozone hole, located so high up in the atmosphere over Antarctica, can have an impact all the way to the tropics and affect rainfall there -- it's just like a domino effect," she said. Whenever this incident will happen, the hospital or the blood agency dealer will not refund the money nor accept the blood bag back, whatever is the reason of the concerned party, be it crucial or necessary. So, if we can still recall the case of Pascan who was admitted in a hospital and whose relatives wanted to returned a blood bag because it was not used, this is the answer to their complaint against one hospital which refuse to accept the bag of blood they have just bought but was not used. _
