CPP CONSTITUTION SALIGANG BATAS NG PARTIDO KOMUNISTA NG PILIPINAS PREAMBULO Ang pagsasanib ng unibersal na katotohanan ng Marxismo-Leninismo-Kaisipang Mao Tsetung sa kongkretong praktika ng rebolusyong Pilipino ang kataas-taasang tungkulin ng Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas. Ang Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas ay isang rebolusyonaryong partidong proletaryo na humahango ng aral mula sa lahat ng nakaraang rebolusyonaryong pakikibaka ng sambayanang Pilipino at mula sa mga dakilang aral nina Marx, Engels, Stalin at Mao Tsetung.
